Based in between Hook & Odiham,  ArenaFit developed from a deep passion for fitness and a long term goal to create a gym people want to go to, not somewhere they have to go. I started out like any personal trainer working at 15 in a gym cleaning sweat off treadmills and hoovering under dumbbell racks, but that is also where the dream of owning my own gym one day began, so here we are. This gym was created by the passion of not just myself, but also other trainers who I am proud to call part of the Arenafit team and I have worked alongside for years. We are dedicated not just to being the best trainers in the area, but also to ensuring that ArenaFit is somewhere you leave feeling you are wanted and want to return to. Fitness is all about doing something you enjoy and is not somewhere to simply earn your next paycheque. ArenaFit is run by fitness professionals, for fitness enthusiasts. With a family atmosphere and pumping music, we are breaking down the barriers between the heavy weight lifter and the average runner on the treadmill to create somewhere were no matter what your preference in fitness, we will always help you to achieve your goals.
