Membership at ArenaFit does not mean you are left alone, we provide essential advice where and when you need it and for those of you unsure about where you fit in at a gym, we write up daily workouts, Strength and HIIT on our workout board for you to follow, signed off by one of our personal trainers, so that you know your experience and workout with us is always coming from a professional stand point. We offer two basic options for membership and have taken away the 10 choices of membership that most gyms provide to keep things simple. Personal training through us is of course the most specific and quickest route to reaching your goals and most importantly staying there. We start with the consultation. The consult is where we go through goal setting and what is important to you with regards to your ideal outcome. Do you want to lose weight? Are you stuck at a plateau with your strength gains? Is it sports specific? This is the most important aspect of PT for both yourself and the trainer to understand the path you are taking. We then chat about your nutrition where it is currently and where it could be improved inline with reaching your goals, take quantifiable measurements using fat callipers, tape, a weigh in and a blood pressure check all of which are taken at the start / end of each of block of sessions in order for us to see where we are improving and what to target next. We then finally check your flexibility, posture and movement patterns to check for any issues / problem areas we can sort along the way, think of it as an MOT but for yourself. The sessions are then booked in at a time that suits both yourself and your trainer who of course is with you every step of the way, providing the relevant coaching points and advice whenever you need it in order to help you catapult towards your goals faster than you thought possible, all we ask is a 100% commitment!
For those looking to torch fat fast, workout early before work at 6am, have access to 4 exclusive fat scorching classes a week, receive tips on your nutrition, become part of the shred Whatsapp support group, gain statistical tracking of your progress and have all this under some of the best instruction around, this is the course for you.

Mondays with Michael: Michael's bootcamp, the week begins with Michael putting his years of experience of making boot camps varied and pushing you into practice! Start the week with a fun challenging session, designed to allow you to push at your own pace, sweat guaranteed.
Tuesdays with Aidan: Stability, core and conditioning - stability is the ability to resist moving outside of your base of support from external forces, this class will enable you to engage the body as one piece to improve stability, balance and posture while making you work harder than you imagine!
Thursdays with Aidan: Strength and conditioning session, utilising compound (multi-joint) lifting exercises to develop the ability to express force and ultimately get stronger, mixed with a conditioning circuit designed to improve the cardiovascular capacity.
Fridays with Michael: Michael's OCR bootcamp, get a feel for obstacle course race exercises using a bootcamp style. Pushing aspects of cardiovascular fitness, strength and functional movement patterns all run by our expert OCR racer Michael.
Now although this is not a service, it is a promise. When you have been going to the gym for a while you learn there are two big reasons why people leave for somewhere else.
1. There is not enough parking or you have to pay for it, doubling your membership costs.
2. The gym is too crowded.
At ArenaFit we are fed up with it and are not about greed, so we provide our members with a promise.
