Hi,
I’m Aimee, owner of Mind Body and Squat and Personal Trainer at Arenafit. As your coach I want to teach you great ways to move, love and nourish your body. I have an interest and experience in training with Women’s Health to relieve your symptoms, mood and feel more yourself.

I suffer with Endometrosis and I know training can sometimes be a struggle for motivation, fatigue and medication. From spending hours researching, I have found regular exercise/body movement with a good nutritious diet has been the most effective for long term relief, it can be hard at times but that is the reason why I wanted to train as a Personal Trainer. I have learnt over the past few years how to train and feel amazing and I want to help as many people as I can.

My main goal is to help you learn about your body to improve your overall health and lifestyle. Fitness doesn’t have to be about moving your body 24/7, it can be about having time out for you, quality time with family and relaxation. I have experience in Functional and Strength training which is great to focus on developing strength patterns that are used in everyday life.

I love a challenge and have completed a few myself such as; Windsor Half Marathon, Endure24, Maggies 50 miles in January and I want to add more to the list. I am a very fun and passionate coach who loves the odd burpee here and there!

Fun facts about me: Animal lover, I have 2 previous professions as a Beauty Therapist and Hairdresser for 10 years and I love cold lake/sea swimming.
