I am Brandon Macdonald, owner of Pinnacle Performance.

I have been helping people lead happier and healthier lives for 4+ years through good movement practices and sustainable, lifestyle changes. I do my best to educate and empower my clients so they have the resources to make their own healthy decisions.

I won’t ask to you to “drop and give me 20”, I won’t ask you to run a marathon (unless you want to!) and I certainly won’t ask you to give up the things you love. What I will ask you is to be consistent, to be true to yourself and to keep trying, even when it gets tough.

Over the last few years my own physical & mental health has undergone massive change. Due to various factors including injury, I stopped playing rugby and found myself leaning more towards endurance sports such as ultra running and triathlon.

Such dramatic change in physiology and demand on my body, forced me to adapt and to learn new training methodologies. I find myself well suited to helping those working towards injury prevention and developing their cardiovascular endurance.
