I’m Finn, owner of FJA training. My main aims are to help you achieve any of your fitness goals, whilst still enjoying life and doing all those fun things you want to do!

Whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, getting faster at running, becoming physically better to boost your performance in your desired sport, I can help you with any fitness goals you have due to my wide range of knowledge.

A bit about me! So i’ve always been into sports and fitness, from the age of 6 i was playing football, making my competitive semi pro debut at 16 years old, however now I have had a change in passion, and compete in Hyrox and Ultra marathons. In college I gained a diploma in sports coaching and after college I decided to complete my level 2 fitness instructor, level 3 personal trainer, level 4 strength and conditioning, and level 4 nutrition courses, having all of these really means I can help you with whatever your goals are in fitness!
