I am a relative new comer to health and fitness, having only recently qualified, but I’ve always recognised the importance of being fit and healthy. Having a very successful career in Tech for over 20 years, focussing on career coaching and investing in people, I’m passionate about helping people realise what they are capable of, I now want to bring that passion into the fitness arena. I’ve personally seen the benefits of how moving your body and adopting a healthy lifestyle can help you cope with the stresses of modern day life.
I also believe that taking time to focus on small lifestyle changes can have a massive impact on your confidence and your mental wellbeing. I have a love for running outdoors, a journey which started with a 5K Race for Life which led me to sign up for various 10Ks, half and full marathons. For me fitness is about loving the joy of movement and really seeing what your body and mind are capable of; I’ve really surprised myself, so can you!
